too grateful for the pair of best friends i have. one a flight and ocean away, and another a drive down the street and some turns away. sometimes i get a bit sad and jealous when i see all these girls i know posting pictures with their girls having a great time, because even though i do have my ladies.. it’s not the same. my best friends and i haven’t been together in person since our sophomore year. there’s times where it’s hard, where we go through hard times in our lives wishing the ones missing were there with us. it’s hard and unfair knowing one’s so far away yet another is so close. but again, i am beyond beyond beyond thankful for these two. i could never ask for more.
